What’s good about these social networking sites is that you get to ask friends about the latest movies they’ve seen, and what they would recommend for me to watch. I have so many movie titles in my list I wonder which one I should see first!
I love the fact that we could download movies in the internet. It’s unbelievably easy to find titles, and the downloading is quick, too! The best part? They have excellent quality, it’s as if you are just watching from a DVD. I should get a free youtube downloader too. That way, I can download my favorite movie clips… and my favorite songs that bring back good memories!
Readers are Leaders

The internet has certainly done wonders. It has made communication way faster than how we communicated to people on the other side of the globe 2 decades ago. The usual snail mail which would take weeks is now replaced with electronic mail, which could reach the recipient in seconds.
Along with the advancements in technology are modern ways of teaching. It is important therefore that schools upgrade their teaching methods and incorporate the use of the internet. Whether we like it or not, this is the way we are going and there is no better way than to teach the younger generation how to use the internet to enhance their skills and add to their knowledge.
Since it has been found out that the younger generation has become less of a reading generation, it would be good to introduce kobo ebooks to them. Here’s hoping that the these young people would not just be stuck with online games but would still appreciate reading books. Like they say, “readers are leaders.” I couldn’t agree more.
Pre-Christmas Move Out

Hubby’s office had to be transferred to another building just before Christmas. So everyone was involved with the move out, which is not really easy. For one, move outs teach us how to get rid of things that are still kept but really don’t have any significance anymore. It was also exciting to move into a new place and get everything ready for another year.
It would have been a lot easier if there were casters on those boxes, though, for easier transport. It would even be a good idea to put casters on bookshelves and furniture, so that it would be easier to move them around in case we need to rearrange and give our office a new look.
What’s Next

People ask me, “What’s next?”. This short question is very difficult for me to answer, basically because I do not want to fail and disappoint people because my plans did not push through. But I have always wanted to study again, even do Online masters degree, learn new things each day. If only I could make a career out of going to school and collecting certificates, I would certainly do it. But because I have to continue working to sustain my needs, then studying has to wait.
Now, I miss going to classes and do assignments, group work, papers, and academic research. Someday, I will continue studying and then work, then study once more and save once again. I don’t what is in studying that I adore, maybe it’s the learning or the new discoveries and re-discoveries. In time, I will know.

They say that the anticipation of doing something is better than the act itself. The nerves, the worry and the fun you had during preparation totally makes very exciting. Just like a performance, all the practice and exercise you did with, preferably, the people you like is very memorable. Performing is the final goodbye, so while doing it there is a certain ambivalent feeling. There is a confusion on whether you are happy because everything is finished or you are sad because everything is finished.
There must be a prize in the end, sort of finish line coupons for you to remember the moments. Maybe these are the photographs or videos of the event. Seeing your people smile and laugh over and over again would be a temporary cure when you miss them or when you’re lonely.
Barbados for our 10th?

Hubby wrote me a romantic note in facebook during our 8th wedding anniversary. Of course I was thrilled about it. We both have so many facebook friends that I have to admit that it made me blush!
Each wedding anniversary that we have had so far have always been special. Now, 8 years later, our hearts are still filled with gratitude at how God has brought us together.
Our wedding was not as grand as the one you could have like one of those weddings in barbados but it was a beautiful one, mixing both Filipino and Malaysian style of wedding.
Hey, how about Barbados for our 10th wedding anniversary? Now I am excited!
Comfortable Stroller

When my kids were still infants and toddlers, my hubby and I made sure that we provide them comfort whenever we go out of the house. We bought strollers for them so that when we go strolling the park or at the mall, they can just get in their strollers and enjoy the sights. The stroller was a great help during those times and now, and even these reliable mobiles for children have evolved, like the baby jogger city mini GT stroller which have been improved and has been made more comfortable for the children riding in it.
Now that they can walk on their own and does not need the stroller anymore, I will then have to dispose their strollers, or better yet, give the strollers to my relatives who would be able to use it.
Perfect Gift for a Male Friend

Since it’s just a few days before Christmas, I have been making a list of people that I will be giving gifts. In my list, beside the names I write the item I hope to buy and give. Unfortunately there is one name that’s giving me a hard time thinking of what to give. Then just out of the blue, I remember that this name loves to smoke, so I am thinking of giving him a few boxes of davidoff .
I am sure he would love my gift, as far as I know he loves this brand of cigarette and have seen him several times puffing this. Now that my list is complete, I can go off to the mall and start my Christmas shopping!
